QUIET: Psalm 46:10a says Be still and know that I am God. (NKJV) Many of us are so busy that we don't stop to rest or take a break. When is the last time that you sat quietly? When is the last time that you looked out the window and watched birds flying around or squirrels running and chasing each other? When is the last time that you sat in a chair and did nothing? Our minds overload and yet we keep going. All of us need to stop and be quiet sometime during the day.

REJOICE: Philippians 4:4 says Rejoice in the Lord always, Again, I will say, rejoice! (NKJV). Be happy that you know the Lord. Challenges; pray and rejoice that our Lord God answers prayers. Good things happening in your life, rejoice and thank our Lord God.
