WISDOM: Knowledge, understanding and wisdom are conected. Knowing things for yourself is important. Understanding things is important, also. Wisdom from God is most important. I've heard people say, pray for wisdom and I believe it.

Proverbs 2:6 (TLB) says For the Lord grants wisdom! His every word is a treasure of knowledge and understanding.

TRUTH: Proverbs 2:10 (TLB) says For wisdom and truth will enter the very center of your being, filling your life with joy.

Happiness should come from knowing that you have wisdom and truth from God.

ROCK: Psalm 31:3 (NIV) says Since you are my rock and my fortress, for the sake of your name lead and guide me.

This is David talking to God, but it applies to us. I believe in God and know that he is my solid rock and my protector. God leads and guides me each day because I pray and ask.

PRAY: Believers can pray to God, 24-7 wherever they are. A prayer has no set length. Each person has their own way of communicating with God. That's what prayer is, communicating with God. Pray not only for yourself, but pray for others.

Ephesians 6:18 (NLT) says Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.

MIND: 2 Timothy 1:7(NKJV) says For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

God's love, God's power and God's thoughts should keep us from being afraid. My suggestion is to learn this verse and say it each day for strength.
