BUILD: Jude 1:20 (MSG) says But you dear friends, carefully build yourselves up in the most holy faith by praying in the Holy Spirit.

Keep increasing your faith. When you pray, use the Holy Spirit to guide you and build you up. Building is a process. The more faith you have, the more positive feelings you should have. Faith Up, Stress Down.

LISTEN: It is important to listen. We probably all know people who never listen. They just talk and move onto another conversation and another conversation and another conversation.

Proverbs 1:5 (NIV) says Let the wise listen and add to their learning, and let the discerning get guidance.

Keep learning about God who gives wisdom and discernment comes through the Holy Spirit. Believing and listening to God will yield positive results.

SING: Psalm 147:1 (NIRV) says Praise the Lord. How good it is to sing praises to our God! How pleasant and right it is to praise him!

When I sing, it makes me feel happier. There are so many great songs that I sing to my God. God has done so much in my life. Even if you can't sing, sing anyway.

ORDER: 1 Corinthians 14:40 (NKJV) says Let all things be done decently and in order.

Whatever our tasks might be, respectfully do them in an orderly manner. We can't control how others operate, but we should do and act right.

STEADFAST: 1 Corinthians 15:58 (NKJV) says Therefore my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

It's not a waste of time to work for God. Don't give up. Keep holding on and working for God. God is your rewarder.

CEASE: The word cease means to stop, to end.

Lamentations 3:22 (NLT) says The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease.

Knowing that God's love is faithful and never ends is a reason to shout HALLELUJAH! Knowing that God's mercies never end is a reason to shout HALLELUJAH!

DEEDS: James 3:13 (TLB) says If you are wise, live a life of steady goodness so that only good deeds will pour forth. And if you don't brag about them, then you will be truly wise!

The best life is filled with you doing good deeds. No bragging is a reflection of being wise.
