Most of us would probably agree that habits are hard to break. I look at T.V. everyday. One year, I decided to give up T.V. for lent. I thought that I wasn't going to make it. In praying for strength, my reading and piano practice times increased as well as other activities.

I still look at T.V., but a lot less. Only occasionally will the T.V. be looking at me. (smile)
