How many times do we work and work and work until we're exhausted and we still keep going? Raise your hand. I raise both my hands.

I'm making progress though. I am getting more sleep and ending my day earlier. I'm also working on spending more time with my family and friends in a non-working setting. We're in this world to love and help others.
